Pirates. Two 8- year
Care (FFC) Basic Service Rate for the
Division of Family and Children Services is:
Birth through age 5….. $14.18
Age 6 through age 12…..$16.00
Age 13 and over…..$18.25
The sibling incentive (sib-1) will be
provided to promote sibling placements.
The Sib-1 will be applied to the monthly
per-diem reimbursement and is effective the
month following initiation of the Sib-1. The
Sib-1 is available ONLY to DFCS regular
and relative foster homes. Please note there
is NOT an increase in the Adoption
Assistance supplement.
This is for 3 or more children.
There is always room for improvement so
please share your feeling and thoughts and
possible solutions with the agency so we
can all work in the best interest of children
who cant speak for themselves!!!

FPA GO-Kart Fundraiser
Please take note of all the dates (listed in
“Eye on the Calendar”) we are scheduled
to sell raffle tickets. We need volunteers to
come out and help make this project
successful as we step up to the plate and
help ourselves.
The Association is meant to give foster
parents a support group and opportunities
for our kids outside of the agency. We have
a lot of promising projects planned for the
next year but we need funding to be able to
bring some of those opportunities to life.
Please sell your tickets and report back!!!
Don’t forget the drawing will be July 31st
and ALL tickets need to be turned with all
funds by July 30th. Tickets & money may
be turned in at the training session or at
